About UsThe Academy was formed to encourage the growth, education, training, and motivation of future leaders to meet the challenges of development and expansion in Kosciusko County in the coming decades. It is our goal to provide a positive environment where aspiring high school aged youth can learn the basics of leadership and become informed, capable leaders that assume active roles in the growth of our community.
